The term Righdamhna was used throughout Ireland from ancient times in direct reference to Irish royalty, successive waves of invaders were all eventually termed Righdamhna due to the incoporation of the Tanistry system into their own social system, the tanistry system is known to have existed in Ireland long before written record, both the term Righdamhna and Tanistry are inextricably linked.

Origin
The term Righdamhna in essence has its roots in ancient forms of feudalism and culling based Ideologies.
Meaning
This is an ancient term that is known to have existed before written record. It refers specifically to families of Irish origin who mutually incorporated a culling based social Ideology which consisted of an archaic type of Blood tanistry, see Tanistry. The byproduct of this system was seen as a natural type of eugenics which was in line with the way of their mother goddess Anann
