Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School (LSRHS) is located at 390 Lincoln Road in Sudbury, MA. Describes itself as as, "a different kind of place." Its current principal-superintendent is Dr. John Ritchie.

The Lincoln-Sudbury Regional School District was created in 1954, and the doors of the Regional High School opened to students of both towns in 1956. Previously, Lincoln, MA did not have its own high school; instead its students went to neighboring schools.

The original LSRHS has recently been demolished and paved over to provide a parking lot for the new LSRHS, located next to the old building. Construction began on the new building in June 2002, and was completed in time for the beginning of the 2004-2005 academic year. The old building was very dear to many students due to its uniqueness, especially because of the array of student murals that decorated the halls. But the building was in need of significant maintenance, and a new school proved to be the smarter option for the town and state. The new school is often regarded as too symmetrical and too white and antiseptic

The Lincoln Sudbury Drama (LSD) Department is known for performing material above high school level, giving it a long-standing reputation of excellence. To name a few from recent years: Shakespeare, Pirandello, Sor Juana, The Laramie Project, The Little Shop of Horrors...

In 2006, at the NOSB Nationals in California, LS won the national championship after coming in second the year before. L-S also has a nationally recognized school newspaper and school yearbook, "The Forum" and "DYAD" respectively.

Also this year, the school's ultimate frisbee team, Taco Wagon, went to the high school nationals, coming in 11th. They went on to get second in States, losing to Amherst, the national champions for many years.
