Abrasive is the debut demo album by Puddle of Mudd, released in 1997 on Hardknocks Records. The album was set to be their first album and is extremely rare as it was only released with limited distribution. The band had said that if they ever get the chance, they would like to re-release this album. The album is currently in the stage of being re-released by the band. It is commonly mistaken as a demo.
