JUDr. Daniel Lipšic, LL.M. (born 8 July 1973) is a Slovak politician who formerly serves as the Interior Minister of Slovakia.[1] He previously served as Minister of Justice of Slovakia from 2002 to 2006.[2] He used to be a member of the Christian Democratic Movement, a party formerly in the governing coalition. He studied law at the Comenius University in Bratislava, later attending the Harvard Law School (1998–2000) and receiving a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree there. In 2013 Lipšic formed a new political party called NOVA. He lives in Bratislava.[3]
