Sardar Bahadur Khan Women's University is a women's university located in Quetta, Balochistan, Pakistan. It was established in 2004.

The university offers degree programs in Arts and Sciences. It is named for the former Agent to the Governor General and Chief Commissioner of Balochistan, Sardar Bahadur Khan.

It was inaugurated on March 18th 2004 and Masters programs were started by May 2004. The Bachelor of Science program for sciences was started in 2005. The first university class has graduated, and the first convocation was held in the middle of year 2006. The university campus area is about 40 acres (160,000 m2), including a hostel facility and a library.

Women education occupies great significance for the development of our society because women are 51 percent of our population and they cannot be ignored in the development of the country.This was stated by Balochistan Governor Nawab Zulfiqar Ali Magsi while addressing 5 th convocation of Sardar Bahadur Khan women University here Saturday.He said he was personally supportive of women education. He said establishment of Women University has opened avenues of higher education on women and restrictions on women in tribal society of Baluchistan have been removed to a great extent.Now he added parents can send their daughters with confidence to this institution with confidence where modern facilities of education are available.Governor congratulated Women University that it has achieved fifth ranking in Higher Education Commission among the five women universities while it has stood third amongst the small universities.Governor also expressed happiness that University has also achieved ISO Certification 90012008. He congratulated teachers and students of this university for this success.While congratulating girl students securing degrees he expressed the hope that these students would not only play their role for the improvement of their families but also for entire society in a better way.Governor also announced Rupees hundred thousand prize for each student who won the gold medal. He also announced Rupees 10 million for the University.Earlier Governor conferred degrees and gold medals on students.Vice chancellor Women University Dr Sultana Baloch in her address of welcome highlighted performance and achievements of her institution.
