Wilson Gana Nandang of Bwarat district and Late Mrs. Paulina Dulcit Nandang of Gazum chiefdom both parents from Langtang North Local Government Area. Ayuba came from a polygamous home. His mother called him "MUTUM" which means "Man". His father had three (3) wives, His mother is the 3rd wife. Ayuba is the 8th child of his mother out of 9 children and the 16th child of his father out of 22 children. Though His mother married her first husband late Sergeant Langnim which she had six (6) children for him. His brothers/sisters from same mother are His Royal Highness, Mr Nimnan Langnim (JP), the paramount ruler of Gazum Chiefdom; Mrs Nanbyen Dashe; Mrs Nanna Sunday Selchum; Lohkur Dogo Langnim; Mannyam Gana Nandang; Selnan Gana Nandang.
