"Save Henry" is the ninth episode of the third season of the American fantasy drama series Once Upon a Time, and the show's 53rd episode overall.

Plot

As Henry's (Jared S. Gilmore) life hangs in the balance, the group races to prevent Peter Pan (Robbie Kay) from gaining full magical powers from Henry's heart. Meanwhile, in Storybrooke's past, with Mr. Gold's (Robert Carlyle) help, Regina (Lana Parrilla) attempts to fill a void in her life, by adopting a baby.

Christine Orlando of TV Fanatic a 4.7 out of 10, acclaiming the episode, saying "I really felt for Regina those first few days with baby Henry. As a parent, it's the worst feeling in the world when you feel as though you can't take care of your child."[2] She also called the cliffhanger in the episode "a complete shock."[2]
