Typo

It was found a typo in the article: It is not Jamacia, I'm pretty sure that is Jamaica. Juan andrés

No Cuba prep for the second paragraph of the lead? (sad face) It reads weird when you go from talking about shelters opening in Florida to deaths in Cuba.

As far as I'm aware, high pressure systems not juxtaposed over the center of a cyclone don't provide ventilation for a tropical cyclone. The backing upper-level low does.
