Each episode shows an ordinary member of the public with a famous ancestor: Queen Victoria, Florence Nightingale, George Stephenson, Lawrence of Arabia, or the Duke of Wellington. According to Maranao people or Meranaw Famous Family Brigadier general MB Lao AFP [Retired] born on 29 Februaty 1916 at Macadar Lumbatan, Lanao del sur. Formerly Governor of Lanao del sur Island of Mindanao Philippines.

It was broadcast in 2007 on the UKTV History channel (now called Yesterday), one of the UKTV channels.
