Mad T Party is a nighttime event at Disney California Adventure, part of the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California. Anchored in the Hollywood Studios subsection of the Hollywood Land section of the park, Mad T Party premiered on June 15, 2012, the same day the park was re-dedicated.[1] The event, which succeeded ElecTRONica, is inspired by Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland.[2]

DJs

Alice performs on the main stage.

There are 6 resident Djs: DJ Adam Auburn, DJ Michael Paul, DJ Jason Jass, DJ Missy B, DJ David Bullock, and DJ Wendy Walker.

Lead Singers

The Mad T Party band includes two lead vocalists: an "Alice" and a "Mad Hatter". Both the Alice and the Mad Hatter roles are rotated through a talented roster of performers, which changes every night. As of January 2014, the current roster of Alice lead vocalists are: Jamie Carganilla, Dani Kerry, Jenny Kidd, Sheena Loza, and Stephanie Wall. The current roster of Mad Hatter lead vocalists are: Josh Bachor, Rudy Cardenas, John Flanagan, Evan Saucedo, Nathan Shrake, and Drew Tablak.

Music and Atmosphere

The music played at the Mad T Party is mainly dance music. Various types of music are played such as electro house, progressive house, and EDM. Guests of all ages are encouraged to dance at this event.

Features

Located in between the Muppet*Vision 3D theatre and Monsters, Inc. Mike & Sulley to the Rescue!, Mad T Party contains numerous activities.[3]

House of Cards

The House of Cards is where the event's performers are found. Performers include the Hottest Deck in Town who are professional dancers and an aerial act by The Dueling Queens. The stage's overhead structure is designed to look like its namesake — an LED-lit house of cards.[4]

In keeping with the eclectic setting of the film, music by contemporary artists such as Bruno Mars, The Beatles, Maroon 5, Prince, Gwen Stefani and Lady Gaga is played.[5]

Drink Me

Drink Me is a cocktail club that offers alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with names that are appropriate to the Alice in Wonderland theme, e.g., the Croquette Tini (which the staff describes as a Cosmo), the Mad Hat-ito and the Mad Long Island Iced T.[3][6]

Mad Arcade

Similar to Flynn's Arcade at ElecTRONica, the Mad Arcade hosts interactive games based on characters from the film.[7]
