The Midland Football Combination Premier Division is a football competition based in England. It currently sits at Step 6 of the National League System. The top club gets promoted to the Midland Football Alliance while the bottom clubs get relegated to the Midland Football Combination Division One. For the 2005-06 season, there are 22 club competing in the Division.
