- Keep: The article definitely needs work, but as both the lead designer and the face of the Tex Murphy games, he should meet WP:CREATIVE. And aside from various gaming sources, it seems he's been featured in mainstream newspaper coverage as well: [1][2]. ISTR Under a Killing Moon making a fairly big splash back in the day, so it should be possible to find sources from that time as well, like this Compute! article.
