Biography
Yana Egorian was born on December, 20, 1993, in the city of Yerevan. When she was 6 years old, she moved to Khimki, a town in Moscow oblast, where she engaged in fencing under the guidance of Sergei Semin. Later, Elena Zemaeva also started to train her. She chose sabre fencing as her occupation.[2]

Achievements
Yana is two times Silver Medallist of the European Cadet Championships (2009 and 2010[3]). She finished fifth at the 2010 Cadet World Championships in Baku.[4]
