Blitz is a Portuguese music magazine. It was founded in November 1984 as a newspaper.

In July 1992, the newspaper was acquired by Impresa, which gave the newspaper access to more advanced technology, like color treatment, starting a new phase in the life of the newspaper. In June 2006 Blitz became a monthly magazine. Apart from the website, this media brand lives in radio, tv and has an iPad version.
