I'm not sure why as a user on wikipedia you do not have a talk page, so I'm forced to address my concern here (AND LEFT IT ON YOUR USER PAGE). I wish to inform you that I DID NOT take copyrighted material and add to wikipedia. The Eastern Penn Geographical Union page was a redirect from the Eastern Pennsylvania Rugby Union page that had already been created. You can see that from the bot warning I left on my talk page on purpose, so you can see the steps I took in redirecting. Therefore, the person who created the Eastern Pennsylvania Rugby Union page is the person that used copyrighted material. I wouldn't know that it was copyrighted, nor was that my concern. My concern was redirecting to the newly created Eastern Penn Geographical Union page due to changes by USA Rugby. I would like to add that the Eastern Pennsylvania Rugby Union page lacked references, but I added references on the Eastern Penn Geographical Union page after the redirect. Whatever penalties are now associated with my user name need to be removed. I appreciate your help with keeping wikipedia clear of copyrighted material, but you were wrong in this instance. Please don't take this as confrontational. I'm merely explaining what occurred on the page. I will also leave this reply on my talk page, so it shows I properly addressed the situation.   Welcome to my talk page! I will reply on your talk page unless you prefer otherwise as usually noted on your talk page. If you are an editor without an account, I will reply here.
When leaving messages, please keep these tips in mind:
  • Use a descriptive subject/headline.
  • If you are asking a question about an article, please tell me which article you are referring to.
  • Please do not add your message to another editor's conversation unless you are commenting on the same topic. Start a new section, unless...
  • If you are continuing a conversation with me, please edit the relevant section instead of starting a new section.

You may have a valid point

Dear Gogo Dodo,

As immature as changing the words "sun" to "bun", McMorris never actually graduated and we have a valid siting as he publicly admitted it on his personal documentary. Please revert that appropriate section of my edit.

Much love,

Thanks. I cleaned up the small mess. I noticed that they are spreading to other language wikis. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 03:30, 7 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Damn, hopefully they'll get bored soon. It's amazing what people with too much time on their hands can do with a computer and an internet connection. §FreeRangeFrogcroak 03:45, 7 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Chicken George

Hello there, Ben Vereen is actually known amongst the public as Chicken George, as he played this part in Roots. If I provide a reference/source stating this, surely I can add this nickname? --Sålken Trøst (talk) 21:07, 2 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

But most people just call him Chicken George. I saw him at Ontario airport last year and everyone was like Oh my god it is Chicken George!. No one called him by his real name. So I think he should be called Ben Vereen alongside Chicken George. Can I do this or should I propose this on it's talk page? --Sålken Trøst (talk) 21:21, 2 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Following our heated debate over Chicken George, I have decided to 1. Bring it up on the talk page and 2. Ask for Jimbo Wales opinion. --Sålken Trøst (talk) 20:19, 3 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Lord Laitinen

Why must you keep bothering me? I have not said anything to you, or done anything "problematic". I made the user page for me, and I highly doubt that it is being read by thousands of people who would question its integrity; to be frank, it is not hurting anybody. I even awarded you a Barnstar for your loyalty to Wikipedia, and yet you still disrespect me at your peril! Also, to address an earlier argument, I never said I was being discriminated because I was Catholic; I was surprised that an American would have such disrespect and disregard for a Catholic, that's all. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Lord Laitinen (talkcontribs) 07:12, 7 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • On Facebook, I cannot edit; I enjoy editing on this website and plan on continuing to do so for some time. I have limited the amount of biographical information, and added information related to Wikipedia. My page was deleted by RHaworth earlier, for the reason of "freeloading". After contributing 100 times, I was allowed to return my page to the Wikipedia, because I am a contributor. I hope we can get along better in the future, but the first step to that is leaving my user page alone. As I said earlier, it is not hurting anybody. I will also try to follow Wikipedia's guidelines better, regarding references, editing, and the creation of pages. If you wish to reply, do so on my talk page.Lord Laitinen (talk) 04:21, 10 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

DivergentTris

Can you reblock User:DivergentTris without talk page access? Jackmcbarn (talk) 22:37, 10 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Done. I saw several of those accounts while RC patrolling and I knew there were tag team editing. I was contemplating blocking them earlier, but hesitated until I saw them edit the SPI. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 22:41, 10 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Heads Up

You have a block evading sock at User:BillyHatcher2012. Flat Out let's discuss it 04:19, 11 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I was wondering if he would come back. I blocked the account. Thanks for the heads up! -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 04:24, 11 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Both you and @Bbb23: have deleted this page only for it to be recreated again .... can you review it again and if (as i think it does) still meet the A7/G11 then can you delete it and WP:SALT it (since this is the 3 creation). (x-posted to Bbb23). LGA talkedits 06:42, 11 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

You have indefblocked this new user for adding spam links; he added the sae link twice, it appears. He has posted what I think is a sincere apology; I am minded to shorten his block to a few days, while at the same time instructing him to spend the time learning about the project. Help at Survivor: Cagayan

Hello, I am having a dispute with a User:Gloss over a well-precedented edit I made. To avoid approaching 3RR, I have refrained from reverting, but I need help. See [1] and [2]. Jeff announced the tribes are being dissolved (I don't know if you saw the preview, he said drop buffs and B,B,B are no more). I preemptively made the swapped tribe column as well always do, but this person is falsely reverting me. Please help. I am taking this to the talk page. Totally understand. Remember, the burden is on the community to make the summaries, not you. I would do them if I had more time, but then again I don't read them often. You devote enough time to Wikipedia as it is, let the burden go to someone else. Anyways, I found an explicit source from Jeff [4]. Since we don't know who goes where, I have refrained from re-adding the column though. Thegreyanomaly (talk) 17:45, 13 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Do not copy and paste content from external sites

Hi Gogo Dodo,

I'm leaving this on your talk page b/c I saw that you once protected user MER-C. As you can read below, he addressed a concern with me and I wanted to readdress his concern. Unfortunately, he doesn't have a talk page, so I had to leave on his user page. Sorry, I left this here, but I felt it needed to be on someones talk page and you were at some point conected to him or her. Please feel free to remove. spatms (talk) 21:37, 13 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Dear MER-C,

I will also leave this reply on my talk page, so it shows I properly addressed the situation. spatms (talk) 21:25, 13 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
