History
Graffiti Kings was founded in 1991 by graffiti artist Darren Cullen, also known as SER.[4] Cullen was asked by Merton London Borough Council to run graffiti workshops. The youth work was officially evaluated by the British Government body the DETR.[5][failed verification] Graffiti Kings represents around 30 artists.[6][7]
