My Gym Children’s Fitness Center is a worldwide fitness center oriented towards children between the ages of 6 weeks to 13 years.[1][2] The company was first formed in 1983 by Yakov and Susi Sherman, who opened the gym in order to promote children’s health and fitness while also promoting social skills.[3] My Gym commonly features elements such as zip-lines and various exercise related classes.[4]

In fall of 2008 the company won a Parent’s Choice award for their DVD My Gym at Home, Fun With Monique.[5] My Gym also funds the children's entertainment group The Activators,[6] which formed a partnership with The President's Challenge in 2011.[7]
