I believe this is a mistake, as the term "Leawood" is not well known and fails to fit the standard format of [[City, State]] that is dominant for most every non-major city. This isn't [[New York City]] or [[Paris]] or [[London]] and I believe that the qualifier of the state is important to the article and should be moved back.
