Gridiron Queensland is the governing body for gridiron (American football) in the state of Queensland, Australia. There are currently ten teams registered in the men's GQ League and four teams in the women's league, the Female Gridiron League of Queensland (FGLQ).
Finalists of the men's league participate in the Sunbowl and women's league participate in the Summerbowl.
Players across the men's league are selected to form the Queensland Sundevils team which plays in the National Championships.
The women's league expects to select its first state representative team, which is yet to be named, to compete in the first women's National Championships planned for mid-2014.
