The fourth and final season of the animated television series, The Boondocks aired in the United States on Cartoon Network's late night programming block, Adult Swim.

In 2011 it was announced that The Boondocks had been renewed for a fourth season, which would consist of 20 episodes to air in January 2014, but was later pushed back to April 21, 2014.[1] On March 21, 2014, it was announced that Season 4 was produced without the involvement of series creator Aaron McGruder and that it would be the final season.[2]
