Welcome!

Some cookies to welcome you!

Welcome to Wikipedia, Wikieditoroftoday! I am Vicenarian and have been editing Wikipedia for quite some time. I just wanted to say hi and welcome you to Wikipedia! If you have any questions, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page or by typing {{helpme}} at the bottom of this page. I love to help new users, so don't be afraid to leave a message! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Oh yeah, I almost forgot, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there. Again, welcome!

List of tools for static code analysis

Hi. I've undone your edit to the article again. I've written out the justification on the talk page, but here it is again. First, there are guidelines against articles turning into linkfarms and advertisements, so articles can't just be lists of names of products and links to those products. Second, there is a guideline for standalone lists that mentions a general criteria for what should be included, and the basic criteria is that an item must have an article to go along with it. Once a tool has an article and the article meets the notability criteria, then it can be added. If you have a problem with this, discuss it on the talk page there before reverting again. Thanks. — HelloAnnyong (say whaaat?!) 01:21, 2 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Your thoughts on the mater would be appreciated- please contribute on the article talk page.--Mavigogun (talk) 14:11, 18 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Lightweight markup language, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Groff (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

The article WinCC has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

insufficient context

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Revision Control System may have broken the syntax by modifying 2 "{}"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.
