Amir Khan (British boxer) → Amir Khan (boxer) – Current title is ambiguous as Khan is both British AND Pakistani. We could move Amir Khan (Pakistani boxer) to Amir Khan (amateur boxer), but I say this is the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC for Amir Khan (boxer). Launchballer 15:45, 31 May 2014 (UTC)

• Oppose He was born and raised in England, I don't think ethnicity is important. To avoid confusion for those that it is important I would have no issues with the move but then the big problem is what to do with Amir Khan (Pakistani boxer) - what happens if he becomes professional. In my opinion the latter is not notable and I have submitted it to AfD - if deleted the move would be a non-issue.Peter Rehse (talk) 22:28, 31 May 2014 (UTC)

I put that there as an alternative suggestion - I fully stand by moving this article to Amir Khan (boxer) on the grounds that this boxer is a far more likely search term to the other, and PRehse has AfDd the other article.--Launchballer 09:59, 1 June 2014 (UTC)

• If there's a primary topic for Stand by Me (song) with 10x the page views of Stand by Me (Oasis song) (or 7.5x the page views of all other songs called "Stand by Me" with articles including that one), there can be a primary topic for Amir Khan (boxer) as this page has 13x the page views of Amir Khan (Pakistani boxer).
