Sears Grand stores are about 175,000 to 225,000 square feet (16,000 to 21,000 m²).

The first Sears Grand and still largest opened at Jordan Landing in West Jordan, Utah in 2003 at 225,000 square feet. In 2006, the company began renovating some Kmart stores and converting them to the Sears Grand format.
