:Your not making any sense Robert McClenon. Portions of Russia, including the capital of Moscow are in Eastern Europe as usually defined, so that disruptive editing is subject to sanctions This is not Russia to place sanctions like the media is talking about, this is about the source, content and ip hoping on a user who is pushing the agenda since 2013. Are you related to this editor?

Regarding Russia's GDP discussion

Portions of Russia, including the capital of Moscow are in Eastern Europe as usually defined, so that disruptive editing is subject to sanctions. Robert McClenon (talk) 20:20, 22 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Your not making any sense Robert McClenon. Portions of Russia, including the capital of Moscow are in Eastern Europe as usually defined, so that disruptive editing is subject to sanctions This is not Russia to place sanctions like the media is talking about, this is about the source, content and ip hoping on a user who is pushing the agenda since 2013. Second Discretionary sanctions is a system of conduct regulation designed to minimize disruption to controversial topics. What behavior?
controversial topics, what topic is controversial?
What disruption?
sanctions are authorised for the topic you are editing? Really, where are the notes of sanctions, show me where please?

I clearly don't understand your point on sanctions on Wikipedia and how I disrupted anything? Where, show me where please? Third sanctions are referring to financial lock down, so where did this come from? I've been using Wikipedia for 10 years, never has anybody stated sanctions before on Wikipedia. Am I being sanctioned for mentioning the name Russia or are you trying to sanction me for making a report of anti Russia POV pushing? I am really am clued on what your allegations are?
Are you calling me Russian or Pro-Russian here to make the threat of sanctions? I am completely lost here on the comments you made on my talkpage.

You disrupted the user page of User:Gladio4772 with a lengthy post that amounts to a rant. A user's user page is normally under control of the user. That is why I warned you of sanctions. You ask where the notes of sanctions are. I am not sure whether you are asking about international sanctions, or about Wikipedia discretionary sanctions. Where the Wikipedia sanctions are is: WP:ARBEE. Robert McClenon (talk) 20:59, 22 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, define rant? I reported it, I showed the information of ip hoping. Did you bother to look at the ip's on all traces referring to the same ip or called it rant first? ‎ I am looking at your involvement on the discussion Wikipedia:Dispute resolution noticeboard, this was started on July 19, it lists are you are the author of Talk:Russia#MISTAKE IN RANKING NOMINAL GDP.It's 9th!: here is your contribution here http://en.wikipedia.org/enwiki/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia%3ADispute_resolution_noticeboard&diff=617618864&oldid=617601957

Noticed how the discussion is closed after 3 days only. Is rather interesting isn't it? From July 19 19:45 opened to July 22 18:01 closed.

You stated There is a dispute about Russia's ranking among other nations in terms on GDP. This is a content dispute, but is getting heated, due to one editor accusing others of vandalism.

Upon this discussion history here http://en.wikipedia.org/enwiki/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia%3ADispute_resolution_noticeboard&diff=617999036&oldid=617617819 there was one editor who abused the discussion but is also interesting that the comments where not removed but allowed in. When you stated This is a content dispute, but is getting heated, due to one editor accusing others of vandalism but you didn't step in, you allowed it. I am concerned what was your involvement in this discussion if you started the discussion but you didn't see the alert on contributions. Why didn't you questioned it? If you started the Wikipedia:Dispute resolution noticeboard Talk:Russia#MISTAKE IN RANKING NOMINAL GDP.It's 9th discussion, there should of been questioning there to begin with. A conflict of interest? I see the discussion as a possible setup, if not where is the police on this discussion?--198.23.81.141 (talk) 21:37, 22 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
