Rajendra Kumar Acharya, (Template:Lang-ne) is a district judge and former Director of Judgement Execution Directorate,Cite error: The <ref> tag has too many names (see the help page). [1][2][3][4] Supreme Court of Nepal, and is currently doing PhD in Law of tort to highlight the role and importance of the victim in Nepalese justice system and to observe the international impact of the concept of the tort oriented justice.

Rajendra Kumar Acharya is also the Deputy Chairman of the Judicial Officers' Society.[5] from Central Development Region.[6]
