Clinton Schifcofske

Clinton Schifcofske (born November 10, 1975 in Moranbah, QLD) is an Australian Rugby League player for the Canberra Raiders in the National Rugby League competition and also for Queensland. He previously played for the Parramatta Eels and the South Queensland Crushers before the club disbanded. His position of choice is at Fullback.

In 2006, Schifcofske was made captain of the Canberra Raiders. After failing to be chosen for representative football again in 2006, Schifcofske has been linked to Rugby Union and the Queensland Reds, but has since re-signed with the famous rugby league club. But later in the year, due to an injury incurred by Karmichael Hunt, Schifcofske was chosen in the Queensland side for the Origin III decider, in his choice position of fullback.

Schifcoske is known for his dangerous sideways running game in broken play. His goal kicking has the highest success rate in the NRL, higher than more famous players Andrew Johns and Hazem El Masri.
