Tankcrimes is an independent punk rock and heavy metal record label owned and operated by Scotty Heath from his garage in Oakland, California.[1][2][3] Tankcrimes released its first record in 2002.[4] At the time, Tankcrimes was called Controlled by Plague.[3] Tankcrimes currently has over 60 releases.[2]
