Bento(Japanese name for a lunch box). There are certain types of Japanese lunch which fit this ccatagory. It mainly describes of a Japanese lunch, different from the American style where sandwich and potato chips are thrown into the plastic container. The container of the Bento is usually in 2layers. On the bottom layer, rice is filled with [[Umeboshi]] or [[Furikake]] on top. On the second upper layer, side dish is put.
