Kirby Buckets is a Disney XD original series that premieres on October 20, 2014 at 8PM (ET/PT). It targeted towards boys ages 6-11 and stars Jacob Bertrand from Nickelodeon's Marvin Marvin.[1]

On October 1, DisneyXD.com will release a game titled "Kirby Buckets: Scrawl and Brawl", in which players can customize their own characters to battle enemies and complete quests while capturing items through each level of the game.

Premise

The series will focus on highly imaginative 13-year-old Kirby Buckets, who aspires of becoming a famous animator like his idol, Mac MacCallister. With Kirby's two best friends, Fish and Eli, Kirby lives in the town of Forest Hills where the trio often find themselves trying to get out of trouble before Kirby's sister, Dawn, and her best friend, Belinda, catch them. Kirby is accompanied by his animated characters, each with their own lively personality that only he and viewers can see.

Disney XD also slated Bertrand to star in a second pilot, Neckpee Island, by producers Matt Dearborn and Tom Burkhardt from Disney shows Even Stevens and Zeke and Luther.[4] Kirby Buckets has been picked up as a series while K.C. Undercover has been ordered straight to series.
