You have put HHVM tag on the page. Please be specific which citations are unreliable. Even the blog citation has reliable mentions. A belated welcome!
Here's wishing you a belated welcome to Wikipedia, Cpt.a.haddock. I see that you've already been around a while and wanted to thank you for your contributions. Though you seem to have been successful in finding your way around, you may benefit from following some of the links below, which help editors get the most out of Wikipedia:
- Introduction
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help pages
- How to write a great article
- Editor's index to Wikipedia
Also, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post.
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! If you have any questions, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page, consult Wikipedia:Questions, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there.
Again, welcome! Pharaoh of the Wizards (talk) 19:43, 15 July 2013 (UTC)

Hello Cpt.a.haddock. If you wish to request that this article is moved, please start a discussion on its talk page by following the instructions on WP:RM. If it's a bit confusing, let me know and I will start the discussion for you. Cheers, Number 57 12:04, 2 September 2014 (UTC)
Reference Errors on 14 September
Hello, I'm ReferenceBot. I have automatically detected that an edit performed by you may have introduced errors in referencing. It is as follows:
- On the Nalanda page, your edit caused a duplicate page number error (help). (Fix | Ask for help)
Please check this page and fix the errors highlighted. If you think this is a false positive, you can report it to my operator. Thanks, ReferenceBot (talk) 00:29, 15 September 2014 (UTC)
A brownie for you!
- Thanks for messaging me. Let's first see how the blacklist request turns out. But I simply do not see Indiaproperty as being notable enough to require an entry in an encyclopaedia. Wikipedia is not a business directory and using it to push up your page rank is just wrong. And you, as an employee of Indiaproperty, should not be anywhere near its article except to clarify and to avoid misrepresentation. The fact that you haven't been open about it does not help either. This is notwithstanding all the citation spam. Please leave the notices up until the blacklist issue is cleared. Cpt.a.haddock (talk) 11:20, 16 September 2014 (UTC)
Glyptothorax kudremukhensis / Glyptothorax kashmirensis
Hello. I noticed your post on Fram's talk page, requesting help with translation of the already existing articles on the Swedish WP. I'm half Swedish and fluent in that language, so I'll give it a try. It will probably take a few days before the articles are online, though. Thomas.W talk 11:07, 16 September 2014 (UTC)
- Hi Thomas :) Thanks for offering to translate! The Swedish articles themselves are in a rather bare-boned state. It will hopefully not take you too long … That said, I've also asked one of the Fish Wikiproject users to look into creating articles for these fish. If you like, I can let you know how that conversation turns out before you spend time on the translations. Thanks again! -- Cpt.a.haddock (talk) 11:27, 16 September 2014 (UTC)
- I've already started on the first one. Translating what little text there is in the article is easy, it's fixing the taxobox and the references that is time-consuming... Thomas.W talk 12:05, 16 September 2014 (UTC)
- Glyptothorax kashmirensis is online now. Thomas.W talk 12:49, 16 September 2014 (UTC)
- Thank you very much, Thomas. It looks good! -- Cpt.a.haddock (talk) 13:18, 16 September 2014 (UTC)
- Glyptothorax kudremukhensis is now also online. Doing the second one was easy, since I just repeated what I did with the first one, with all parameter names still fresh in memory. Thomas.W talk 13:28, 16 September 2014 (UTC)
- And while I was at it I also did Glyptothorax kurdistanicus. Thomas.W talk 13:44, 16 September 2014 (UTC)
- Hooray! --Cpt.a.haddock (talk) 14:37, 16 September 2014 (UTC)
- The Swedish Wikipedia has similar stub articles about the other 90-some species of Glyptothorax too, so I may translate a few more of them at some other time, but I've had enough of the small critters for today... Thomas.W talk 14:59, 16 September 2014 (UTC)
- When the time comes, perhaps you can prioritise those on the (critically) endangered list. Cheers. -- Cpt.a.haddock (talk) 16:31, 16 September 2014 (UTC)
- FYI, I've been running through the IUCN red-list as well and have created a couple of articles too besides updating existing ones. I tried my hand at porting an SV article with mixed results :| You'd think that the various Wikiprojects would prioritise articles for critically endangered species. But that is apparently not the case :( --Cpt.a.haddock (talk) 19:30, 20 September 2014 (UTC)
- If you tell me which Glyptothorax are critically endangered I'll fix those within the next few days. Thomas.W talk 20:25, 20 September 2014 (UTC)
- Hmm, I'm not sure that there are any other CR candidates in Glyptothorax. There however, are a few on the red list that are categorised as less vulnerable.-- Cpt.a.haddock (talk) 07:10, 21 September 2014 (UTC)
- FYI (TIL), Speciesbox > Taxobox. (I've been wasting so much time :/) -- Cpt.a.haddock (talk) 17:57, 23 September 2014 (UTC)

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Kumaragupta II, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://www.jatland.com/home/Kumaragupta_II.

Your claim on Nalanda
Hello again. Your claim that "Historians often characterize Nālandā as a university"
is not supported by the references you give, since only one of those five books was written by a historian specialising in education (Hartmut Scharfe), while the others are/were architects, archaeologists and a specialist in Buddhism as a religion. Meaning that you have one historian using the term "university" in connection with Nalanda, which is very far from it often being characterised as a university by historians. Thomas.W talk 19:46, 19 September 2014 (UTC)
- Thanks for your message :) I have replied to it on the Nalanda talk page.--Cpt.a.haddock (talk) 19:24, 20 September 2014 (UTC)
Raorchestes
Hello, thanks for adding the new Raorchestes articles. However, your last edit to Raorchestes was not correct: parentheses are only used if the name is a new combination (see [1]). Also, ASW6.0 does not recognize Raorchestes viridis, but it does recognize Pseudophilautus viridis (Manamendra-Arachchi and Pethiyagoda, 2005). ASW is our primary source of taxonomy, not IUCN (fortunately, they agree most of the time). Micromesistius (talk) 19:27, 26 September 2014 (UTC)
- That's … interesting :) Cheers.--Cpt.a.haddock (talk) 19:33, 26 September 2014 (UTC)
undo your edits
Please undo your edits to kelambakkam and siruseri or it will be taken as a case of vandalism. Only grammar and factual mistakes were corrected by me. Roughcutmav (talk) 09:12, 27 September 2014 (UTC)
- Hi, Please read the messages attached to my reverts and address them. Also, you cannot remove "Famous" from one article citing bias and then add "extremely reputed" to another without any reference. Citing references is key to Wikipedia. --Cpt.a.haddock (talk) 11:42, 27 September 2014 (UTC)
- Your edits to siruseri are wrong . I am a student of hus so i know better than you --Roughcutmav (talk) 08:09, 28 September 2014 (UTC)
- Wikipedia relies on references to establish reliability. IOW, you will need to cite sources when you add (or amend) content in an article. Please see Wikipedia:Verifiability. You might find Help:Referencing for beginners useful. --Cpt.a.haddock (talk) 08:17, 28 September 2014 (UTC)

Well, duh. I cannot undo just Banda.krishna edits as you edited in that section too. You got a notification so you can re-apply your edits. Bgwhite (talk) 07:00, 11 October 2014 (UTC)
- No. You can manually remove Banda.krishna's edits if there are conflicts. It shouldn't be too difficult. Lazy, destructive reverts are not kosher or nice. --Cpt.a.haddock (talk) 07:08, 11 October 2014 (UTC)
- Seeing how the the majority of your edit was in that section, I haven't a clue if you wanted to keep them or not. I'm not a psychic. I don't know about the article. Yea, you are too lazy to re-add a couple of lines, but instead you've kept a huge edit that was unreferenced. Yea, you are the lazy, destructive pervert. Bgwhite (talk) 07:14, 11 October 2014 (UTC)
- Why you had to revert 3 times? You know that the edits made by this users were made under the footer template. Unsourced and written like an essay. Don't revert so many times again. Whenever you are reverted, read why and visualize them properly. Bladesmulti (talk) 10:42, 11 October 2014 (UTC)
