I'm all too fallible: inconsistent, imperfect, and impulsively hypocritical; occasionally inconsiderate and egotistical; often blunt, coarse, insensitive, even profane; and usually disoriented and dull. I'm not all that great of a person, and I don't know how to be. Instead, I try, or I try to try.

But, I've known some other "Tristans," so I don't tend to identify with that spelling. It confuses me. Though to be honest, a name is more for your sake than mine.
