Lambda Theta Phi, Latin Fraternity, Inc. is the first latino fraternity as recognized by the [[NIC]]. The Fraternity was founded on December 1st, 1975 in room 400 of Willis Hall on the campus of Kean College in Union, New Jersey. Since it's founding, the organization has expanded across the Nation. The organization strives to make an impact on not just undergraduate students, but also their surrounding community at large through positive social actions.
A latino fraternity, first of which to be recognized as a member of the [[NIC]]. This fraternity who's colors consist of Brown and White was started on December 1st 1975 at Kean college in the state of [[New Jersey]].

Nickname: Lambdas
Mascot: The Conquistador
Motto: En La Union Esta La Fuerza
