Timeline
November 3rd:
- Welcome to Wikipedia - preview the Editing Wikipedia guide together.
- Preview the Wikipedia Training [for Students].
- Create a Wikipedia account (use a pseudonym, and read Wikipedia's username policy).
- Enroll in course page (if available) & add to your Watchlist.
- Create your User Page & Sandbox.
- Assess guidelines (and other evaluation techniques via the Theatre Project page) alongside the Wiki article on The Island and Medea. Review talk pages for each article.
- Determine play(s) we will create articles on, discuss possible "ways in" to the article.
November 10th:
- Overview on using the Wikipedia "Talk" pages.
- Review the WikiProject Theatre page.
- Creating Summaries in GoogleDocs.
- How to avoid plagiarism (see Wikipedia's guide as well).
- Practice leaving messages and signing posts on User pages (among the class).
