Minarete Brass was the first LP release by the Mexican producer and recording artist Sotelúm.[1] This album is considered by some Nortec Collective members and producers like Panoptica as one of the most purposeful pieces of art in Tijuana.[2] The music from this album is also live performed as a "sub-project" called Sotelúm & The Minarete Brass Orchestra, music group that has been described as "regional pride" by the IMAC and ICBC public institutions of culture.[3][4][5]
