Chris Childs (born June 24 1959 in Writtle, Essex, England) is the bass player for hard rock band Thunder. He joined the band in September 1996, replacing Mikael Höglund, and has previously played with Then Jerico and Go West.
He also plays bass with London blues-rock act Bad Influence alongside Thunder colleague Harry James, and tours regularly with Eagles tribute act The Illegal Eagles.
