Blitz is a Portuguese monthly music magazine based in Lisbon, Portugal. It is one of the early music magazines in the country
History and profile
Blitz was founded in November 1984.[1][2] The magazine is based in Lisbon.[3] The publisher is Medipress.[3]
In July 1992, it was acquired by Impresa, which gave the newspaper access to more advanced technology, like color treatment. In June 2006 Blitz became a monthly magazine. Apart from the website, this media brand lives in radio, TV and has an iPad version.
The 2004 circulation of the magazine was about 20,000 copies.[4]
