Watchmen is a film adaptation to the Hugo Award winning graphic novel of the same name. Long in development hell, several directors including Terry Gilliam, Darren Aronofsky and Paul Greengrass have attempted to make the film with stars including Robin Williams, Sigourney Weaver, Ron Perlman, Hillary Swank, and Jude Law, with screenplays by Sam Hamm and David Hayter.
