Miss Argentina was an annual national beauty pageant that selects Argentina's representative to the Miss World pageant.
History
The Miss Argentina contest was the national beauty pageant of Argentina that has been held since 1959 . It was responsible for selecting the country's representatives to the Miss Universe, Miss World, and Miss International pageants. Currently there are 3 pageants, Miss Mundo Argentina, Miss Universo Argentina and Miss Internacional Argentina each with a different national director, that select the candidates to , Miss World, Miss Universe and other minor international pageants respectively.

Miss Mundo Argentina
As of 2003, Committee of Miss Argentina has created a separate pageant called Belleza Argentina or Miss Mundo Argentina to select its representative for Miss World and Miss International.
