Jon"Ryan" Harlan (born on April 25, 1981) is an American decathlete. He competed at the 2011 World Championships in Daegu, South Korea.
Early Life
Harlan went to Midway High School in Hewitt, Texas. He later graduated from Rice University in 2004. [1]
