The 1994–95 Divizia B was the 55th season of Divizia B, the second tier of the Romanian football league system.
The winner of each series of the Divizia B was promoted to the Divizia A, and the runner up from each series played a playoff. The bottom two teams were relegated to the Divizia C, who were also joined by the 15th and 16th placed teams which lost the playoffs.
