List of names

This has been returned to the article with no attempt to justify its encyclopaedic relevance. It is an incomplete and uninformative list. I would suggest that a third opinion be sought, but maybe Angr, or anyone else who thinks there is some merit in this inclusion, will actually try to defend its inclusion.
