== What about Superconducting Super Collider GEM Detector? == |
|||
Dr. Barish was (I hope I recall this correctly!) Spokesperson for the GEM Collaboration at the Superconducting Super Collider, during the period 1992 through 1994 that I was employed there as GEM Electrical Engineer. Apologies if Dr. Barish did not intend this to be covered, but I am surprised at its omission. Unfortunately I do not have documentation of his position, simply that he was a member of the Collaboration. On the Title Page of GEM Technical Design Report July 31, 1993) (GEM-TN-93-262, SSCL-SR-1219) he is identified as one of the Contact persons. |

What about Superconducting Super Collider GEM Detector?
