Garfield's Thanksgiving is the least-known holiday special of Garfield history. It aired on Wednesday, November 23, 1989.
Plot
Template:Spoilers Garfield is put on a diet just after Jon bought a boatload of food home on the day before Thanksgiving. Now, the veterinarian who put him on the diet is coming over for dinner but soon decides to put Garfield off the diet. Meanwhile, Jon ends up destroying Thanksgiving dinner (though Garfield contributed to the disaster by sabotaging the turkey), so it's up to Grandma Arbuckle to save the day!
