After NFL retirement, David stayed in the Seattle area with his family, trying his hand as an entrepreneur in the reprographic printing business. Extremely aggressive, with good partner advice, and using excellent business sense, he grew the business quickly. Eventually, external pressures impacted David's ability to run the company. David returned to Atlanta in the late 80's.
