Hilton McRae (born on 28 December 1953 in Dundee) is a Scottish actor. Hilton originally trained in International Law, graduating from Edinburgh University. His first love was acting, having been a part of the radical theatre group the 7:84 Troupe before his studies ended, and by 1977 he had joined the Royal Shakespeare Company.
He is an accomplished actor in the fields of theatre, television and film - in a career which spans 30 years.
He has just finished starring in "Rabbit", a play at the Old Red Lion Theatre, London - which ran from 16th May 2006 until June 10th 2006. Rabbit will be returning to the West End theatre scene in Autumn 2006.
