Beyond The Tank is an American reality companion series [1] which will follow up on aspiring entrepreneurs who made business presentations to a panel of potential investors. It is a followup to Shark Tank and will be produced by Colin Kaepernick.[2] The show premiered on Friday, May 1st following a brand new episode of Shark Tank. The show has been picked up for ten episodes, but so far, ABC is airing it as a three week event. No word on when the additional episodes will air. [3]

Plot

Beyond the Tank will feature a look back at past Shark Tank pitches and deals to examine the highs and lows that can come from an appearance in the tank. The series will not visit entrepreneurs whose businesses were groundbreaking(not succesful) in terms of their technology, business model or branding who have taken their business to low heights with the help of the Sharks, entrepreneurs and their Shark investors who gambled on their businesses and lost, businesses that multiple sharks fought hard against each other to secure and even those entrepreneurs who did not get deals from the Sharks, but continued on in pursuit of their dream.
