Getting started on YouTube

Chuggaaconroy's first YouTube video was uploaded on March 16th 2008 and was a boss run on Very Hard difficulty in the game Super Smash Bros. Brawl. [3] His first Let's Play video was uploaded ten days later, March 26th 2008, for one of his favorite games, EarthBound.[4] He felt that comfort for a game that he played "six...eight times" but still admits that his first video "starts off bad" and how the series was "a little slow in the beginning, but gets better."[5] Chuggaaconroy often cites that watching Let's Play videos in 2007 produced by Jonathan "ProtonJon" Wheeler to be what got him interested in trying to start his own Let's Plays.[6]
