Alfred H. Ricketts (born c. 1870) was an English professional golfer.
Early life
In 1888 he emigrated to the United States and was a golf instructor at Rochester Country Club in Rochester, New York. In 1900, Ricketts married Nettie Brooks.
Golf career
Ricketts tied for sixth place in the 1897 U.S. Open, held at Chicago Golf Club in Wheaton, Illinois.[1] Ricketts also had a tenth place finish in the 1896 U.S. Open.[1][2]
Later life
By 1930 he was a widower and no longer in the golf business, but rather was working as a packer in a metals factory.
