Filmography

Drama Coaching

As well as working as a professional actress Helena wanted to encourage young actors and set up red dot drama in order to share her considerable talents with a new generation of budding drama students. Red dot drama offers workshops and group sessions in South London and many of her 'proteges' have gone on to study acting full time. http://reddotdrama.co.uk/

Voice and Accent Coaching

As classically trained actress with a great interest in voice production, Helena can adopt accents from all over the world, and so is ideally placed to provide coaching to clients who wish to improve their spoken English. Helena blogs about voice on her site: https://reddotvoice.wordpress.com/ and also offers a series of podcasts (and videos) that give examples of the techniques employed to speak with an "English" accent.

Design

A love of art in early years has also led to a career as a designer. With her sister Fiona and their company Bravedesign, Helena uses her skills in illustration, photography and moving images to produce engaging graphics for print as well as film and animation.

Politics

As a life long labour supporter Helena is involved in the day to day running of the Wimbledon Labour party in WWH. She puts her considerable talents to good use in preparing interesting news letters for party members as well as organising for the elections.

Personal Life

Helena lives in South West London with her son Jack Coulthard-Little (a budding film maker), and close to her partner, actor Paul Jerricho.
