Benjamín Rausseo (born 1961), also known as Er Conde del Guácharo, is a Venezuelan humorist and businessman.

Mr. Rausseo is the owner of a theme park in Margarita Island called Musipán, which is intended to make fun of places like Disney World or Jurassic Park in the sense of Venezuelan satirical humor. He became famous as a dare-devil and stunt performer in the television variety show Sabado Sensacional.

In July 2006, he publicly announced on the Globovision television network that he will be running for president under his newly-formed "PIEDRA party". His campaign is "Vota Piedra" (loosely translated as "rock the vote").
